Blythburgh - Southwold Railway

Up in East Anglia at the weekend. Back home via the A12 popped into the preservation site for the Southwold Railway. Very compact site with some track and sidings down.

Croydon MRS modelling Competition 2026

I had the privilege of judging Croydon MRS modelling Competition on Wednesday night and congratulations to all who took part.

Little Common

It's Hornbys fault - a Terrier in TT:120! So that led to pre ordering the freight set with the B4 and thoughts of a layout. Well have a spare Tim Horn baseboard and an Iain Rice plan so let's see where this takes us!

Osborne Models SR PMV

Osborne models have introduced a range of Laser Cut kits for both TT:120 & 3mm 1:100 scale. I took the plunge and brought the 3mm versionl thought it might be an idea to show the various stages of construction, so here we have "Wooden it be nice" ☺️

The first stage - now to let the PVA dry before moving on to the next stage.
